Welcome to the blog! I’m Meagan aka The Charming Farmer.
In 2008, we moved to a small Amish farm town in Pennsylvania. It’s a life filled with animals, farm equipment, and creative outlets that involve barn wood and beer.
I spend my life as a full time teacher and mama and part time farmer and DIYer. I love to re-use and re-purpose materials to create new and unique pieces that might seem a little outside of the box (tractor tire rim ottomans anyone?). If you are offended by cursing, beer drinking, or sarcasm, then this probably isn’t the site for you because my posts will contain copious amounts of those three things. I hold them near and dear to my heart.
My posts will be a variation of DIY, farm life, mama life, horses, and the occasional story of a rabid groundhog. I’m not kidding you, it’s a good story.
If you aren’t offended with your knickers in a twist then feel free to join in the conversation, ask questions, and leave comments that don’t make me want to send a flying hoof your way.
