If you follow me on Instagram, then you may have seen a post on our bedroom a few weeks ago. I completed an awesome project but have been reluctant to share it because the pics of our bedroom stink! The color is perfect, our bed is perfect, the nightstands and dresser from the Vintage Market are the best but there is a window. And this window is in the middle of our wall behind the bed. I face the dilemma of no headboard because of the window ledge and not wanting to cover up the window because of the natural light. This is my challenge for Havenly, the design website. Let me see your ideas for this space!
Havenly is an interactive design site that lets you connect with designers in 3 different ways – free (with the Design Quickie), a mini session for $79, or a full session for $149 (with a $50 coupon featured on the site).
This is a super affordable way to get not only professional advice on a space but also access to the goods with some featuring a discounted rate through the site. You set the budget for the project and submit the pictures for your chosen designer. With the initial consult, you answer question about your style preference, material preference, and color preference. No browns and reds, acrylic, and I’m a mix between industrial/farmhouse/rustic – that part was hard to select! You can preview the designers and their own vision boards for each type of style. I am loving this rustic look from Stephanie!
No worries if you don’t want the full consult (I went with the free session because we are moving and I would prefer to spend the money in our new home), you can still shop and see inspiration and past projects for ideas! If you are looking for a review from someone who went with the full consult, here is a link to Hello Subscription and her experience with Havenly.
So how was the “Design Quickie”?
I loved the fact that my chat designer was respectful of my DIY passion and she presented multiple options which included a distinct equestrian theme!
Those pillows are unreal, simply unreal! And a definite DIY in my future.
This is most definitely a headboard that I could see making in the future – when we don’t have a window directly above our heads.
The shop features multiple search filters, discounted prices, and a price match guarantee if you find the same item for a lower price.
Have you tried Havenly? I would love to hear from your experience in the comments below!
